Mokum Dusk is our signature recipe for a steam distilled, non-alcoholic gin. However, European legislation doesn’t allow us to call it gin, which is why we have to refer to it as ‘spirits’. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, because Mokum Dusk represents so much more. It’s the first non-alcoholic gin that truly tastes like gin. Its unique flavor is predominantly defined by a premium quality Juniper Berry that solely grows in the Carpathians in Hungary. Its resinous, piney flavor with hints of citrus pairs exceptionally well with Dill, Angelica Root, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Cucumber and a touch of Red Habanero Chili Pepper for a little kick on the finish.
